Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Measures are established in accordance with the Regulation on Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices for the purpose of strengthening supervision and administration of medical device operating activities, normalizing medical device operating activities and safeguarding the safety and effectiveness of medical devices.
